Dental clinicWhat is SIX9 Design?
SIX9 Design (formerly 69Design) is a Melbourne design studio building websites, brand identities, AI automation and custom business software for businesses in Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Bangladesh.
What is included in the A$169 Launch website?
Up to 3 responsive pages, a contact form, your supplied content, page titles and descriptions, one revision round and launch assistance. Domain and hosting are separate.
Which currency are prices in?
All package prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD). We take on clients anywhere in Australia, the United States and Canada.
Can I request custom functionality?
Yes. Any website or e-commerce package can include custom functionality. Describe what the system should do and we will confirm a separate scope and price.
Do I pay when I submit my brief?
No payment is taken by the order form. We review your brief and confirm the scope, total and payment arrangements before work starts.
How long does a website take?
Most standard websites are ready within 5–7 business days after we receive your content, images and access. Larger scopes get a confirmed timeline with your quote.
Do you design brands as well as websites?
Yes. Brand Identity and Brand Launch packages cover logo, colour, type and launch assets, and Brand Launch can include your website, social setup, domain and hosting.
What can AI automation do for my business?
We connect enquiries, operations and follow-ups — for example routing new leads to your CRM, replying to enquiries and reminding customers about bookings. Automation is custom quoted after a review.
Can we work together outside Melbourne?
Yes. We work remotely, so we can take on projects anywhere in Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Bangladesh. Communication, content and approvals are handled online.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. Every package includes launch assistance, and ongoing maintenance or updates can be arranged — tell us what you need in your brief.
