Can you design my logo and website together?

Yes, that’s Brand Launch. Every tier includes a logo suite and brand guidelines, a custom website of 3, 5 or 8 pages, domain registration and hosting for the first year, 10 social post designs and on-page SEO.

What happens to the domain and hosting after the first year?

Standard domain registration and hosting are included for year one. Renewals are separate, and we confirm the cost with you before anything renews. Premium domains are excluded.

Can I use a domain I already own?

Usually, yes. Tell us in your brief and we’ll connect your existing domain rather than register a new one.

What is the difference between Essential, Growth and Complete?

Essential covers everything a new brand needs to launch. Growth adds a brand positioning workshop, an expanded identity guide, presentation and letterhead templates and a 5-page website. Complete adds brand messaging and website copy direction, launch campaign artwork and a handover session, with an 8-page website.

Do I pay when I choose a package?

No. Choosing a package opens a short brief. No payment is taken — we confirm the scope, total and timing before any work starts.
