1. Your Australian Consumer Law rights
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You may also be entitled to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
If a failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the problem rectified within a reasonable time. If it is not rectified within a reasonable time, you may cancel the contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
2. Before work begins
If you cancel in writing before we begin work, we will refund amounts paid for our unperformed services. We may deduct only third-party costs that you approved and that cannot reasonably be recovered. We will explain any deduction.
3. After work begins
If you cancel because you changed your mind after work has started, you must pay for the approved work reasonably completed up to the cancellation date and any approved, non-recoverable third-party costs. Any remaining amount paid for work not performed will be refunded. We can provide a summary of work completed on request.
4. Completed services and change of mind
We do not normally provide a change-of-mind refund after conforming work has been completed and delivered. This does not affect remedies available when services fail to meet a consumer guarantee or the agreed scope.
5. Problems with the service
Tell us as soon as possible and include your name, project, invoice or order details, a description of the problem and your preferred outcome. We may ask for reasonable information so we can assess the issue. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, a remedy may include correcting the work, re-supplying part of the service, a price reduction, cancellation, refund or compensation.
6. Client delays and abandoned projects
A delayed response does not automatically create a refund entitlement. If a project is inactive for 30 days because required client content, access or feedback has not been supplied, we may archive it. We will discuss the remaining scope, payments and a new schedule before restarting.
7. Refund timing
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, although banks and payment providers may take longer. We will confirm when the refund has been processed.
8. Requesting a remedy or cancellation
Email 69designau@gmail.com. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible and aim to resolve the matter directly and fairly.
