Six inquiry types
Support coordinator, hospital or discharge, participant, family or carer, callback and general inquiries each show only the fields that pathway needs.
Client project · Melbourne
A referral-first website, refreshed brand and local search foundation for an NDIS disability support provider in south-east Melbourne.

The brief
PrimeEdge Aravia supports self-managed NDIS participants from Endeavour Hills. Its old WordPress site no longer matched the business: search results still showed an old phone number and out-of-date location details.
The new website had to explain the supports plainly, show which Melbourne areas are served, give every type of referrer the right form, and build a search foundation without claiming more than the business offers.
Services in this project: Brand Launch · Social media design · AI automation
01 · Brand refresh
The refreshed mark pairs a participant and support worker with a growing leaf. Deep and soft purples carry the brand, with two fresh greens as accents, and the same palette runs through the website, forms and social posts.

02 · Website & search pages
A custom Next.js site with a clear homepage, a services overview and ten landing pages mapped to how participants, families and professionals search. Each page has its own title, description, FAQs and structured data, and links to the referral form.

03 · Referrals & assistant
The referral page asks one question first: who is getting in touch? The form then shows only the fields that pathway needs, so a support coordinator is not asked a family’s questions.
Forms were first routed through the conversational AI workflow, which could fail on already-confirmed referrals. SIX9 moved them to direct, authenticated email delivery and kept the assistant for questions.

Support coordinator, hospital or discharge, participant, family or carer, callback and general inquiries each show only the fields that pathway needs.
Submissions are validated on the server, spam-checked and sent straight to the business inbox, so a referral never depends on a chatbot.
“Ask PrimeEdge” answers questions about supports, service areas and referral pathways through the client’s existing n8n workflow.
The assistant asks visitors not to share NDIS numbers or health details, and shows the phone number and referral form if it is unavailable.

Checked, not assumed
In the 17 September 2026 audit, every canonical page returned HTTP 200 with its own canonical URL, a meta description, index/follow and structured data that parses without errors.
Domain property verified, sitemap submitted and read successfully, and Google’s URL inspection confirmed the homepage is indexed.
Pages from the previous WordPress site now redirect permanently to the closest current page, so older links and bookmarks still land somewhere useful.
Referral forms now email the business inbox directly. A labelled test referral arrived on 23 September 2026, with no participant data used.
Search engines decide crawl timing and rankings, so no ranking, traffic or lead figures are claimed here.
Process
The work ran in stages, and each one was checked on the live site before the next began.
Design, build and launch of the new Next.js site on Vercel, with its own lifestyle photography and service-area map.
Referral, callback and secondary forms, plus the website assistant connected to the client’s n8n system.
Ten search landing pages, structured data, analytics, Search Console, legacy redirects and a Google Business Profile tidy-up.
A refreshed logo and colour palette, applied across the website and a series of Instagram posts.
