How is custom software priced?

After discovery. We map the workflow, screens, data and integrations with you, then confirm the scope and quote before any build work starts. The price depends on complexity, permissions, integrations, data migration and support.

Who owns the code?

Once the project is fully paid, the software built for you is yours, subject to third-party licences. Our pre-existing tools, code libraries and reusable components stay ours, and we confirm ownership terms in your quote.

Where is the software hosted?

We recommend hosting that suits your workload and list hosting, external licences and API usage as separate running costs in your quote.

Can it connect to the tools we already use?

Usually. Agreed integrations, for example email, payments, accounting or your CRM, are scoped during discovery and depend on what each tool’s API allows.

What happens after launch?

Every project includes testing, deployment and team handover. Ongoing support and changes are optional and agreed separately.
